NOTICE OF PUBLIC AWARD AND JUSTIFICATION & APPROVAL (J&A) POSTING This public notice serves as both the Public Award Notice required by RFO FAR 5.303 / DFARS 205.303 and as the public posting of the Redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) required by RFO FAR 6.305 / DFARS 206.305.
