The purpose of this Contract is to provide for the Operation and Maintenance of five Transportation Auxiliary General Ocean Surveillance (T-AGOS) vessels and one Transportation Auxiliary General Missile Range Instrumentation (T-AGM) vessel. The Contractor will provide personnel, operational and technical support (ashore and afloat), equipment, tools, and supplies to operate and maintain the fleet. The T-AGOS vessels, USNS VICTORIOUS (T-AGOS-19), USNS LOYAL (T-AGOS-22), USNS EFFECTIVE (T-AGOS-21), USNS IMPECCABLE (T-AGOS-23), and USNS ABLE (T-AGOS-20), are Government-owned ships under the operational and administrative command of the Commander Military Sealift Command (COMSC), who also exercises Type Commander (TYCOM) functions and supports the Navy?s ....
