The Caribbean District (CESAA) USACE Corps of Engineers intends to procure a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Stand Alone Contract for Operation and Maintenance Services for La Chuleta Material Management Area (MMA) Site in Rio Puerto Nuevo, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
