The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM 1 Onward ELINE w/ internet 10 Gb  renewal. This requirement is sole sourced to Inyo Networks dba Onward, 10621 Church Street, Suite 100, Vallejo, CA 94592-1014 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to no other internet service provider has the capabilities of handling the current and future growth of DITAC's internet infrastructure. Onward internet services is currently installed and being fully utilized.
