  Description of the Project:  This is a project is to improve an existing rail bed into a Tactical Vehicle Maneuver Lane (TVML), extending west from Paris-Windham Rd., west of the Engineer Dig Site North and on the north side of Smalley Rd., running parallel to it. Once fully completed and all phases constructed the improvements will provide better maneuverability across CJAG training areas.
