This pre-solicitation notice is prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c). The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to acquire event parking management services for the 2026 Offutt Air force Base “Defenders of Freedom” Air and Space Show. The show will be held at Offutt AFB, NE on August 8 and August 9, 2026. Responsibilities include implementing the 2026 Offutt AFB Air Show parking plan and providing a ticketing solution for base access due to on-site parking.
