The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Office Janitorial Services, North Springfield Lake and Upper Connecticut River Basin, Springfield and Perkinsville, VT.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, and labor, necessary to clean the North Springfield Lake and Upper Connecticut River Basin offices. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
