Occupational Health Exams

Occupational Health Exam Services to be provided at various locations throughout the Washington National Guard. All responses should include the offeror's capability/capacity statement (including any unique processes that increase efficiency and/or flexibility of schedule), past peformance information (to include recent/relevant experience), and any other information that allows the government to select the offer that provides the best value to the government. Pricing should include all transportation to and from the exam locations. See the attached PWS for more details, to include exam locations and quantities.
