Synopsis for Explosive Detection Canine Team (EDCT) services for various locations throughout Manhattan, NY, & Bethesda, MD. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, supervision, training, licenses, and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
