Nulka MK 53 Decoy Lauch System (DLS) Production

Sechan Electronics, Inc., Lititz, Pennsylvania, is awarded a $10,895,364 firm-fixed-price contract N00024-23-C-5535 for the production of the Nulka MK 53 Decoy Launch System (DLS) and MK 54 Decoy Launch Message Convertor (DLMC) subassembly. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $85,233,713. Work will be performed in Lititz, Pennsylvania (79%); and Upper Marlboro, Maryland (21%) and is expected to be completed by October 2025. If all options are exercised, work will continue through November 2029.
