Establish swamp buggy build Contract for building a swamp buggy for National Park Service. A swamp buggy is an off-road vehicle to traverse swamp terrain. Swamp buggies can travel through deep mud and water, moderately dense vegetation, and rough terrain possibly including logs and stumps.
