In accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO FAR) 6.103-1(b), the Environmental Protection Agency, Great Lakes National Program Office (GLNPO) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc for the purchase of a micro-TSG, a submersible ultraviolet nitrate, and an ACS spectrophotometer which will allow continuous sampling of the surface waters of the Great Lakes. These instruments will be used onboard the research vessel Lake Guardian.
