The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with Smiths Detection, Inc., 2202 Lakeside Boulevard, Edgewood, Maryland 21040 for the purpose of procuring BioDisc-E General Format Discs used exclusively with the FBI-owned Smiths Detection Mail Guard Pathogen Detection System.
