Notice of Intent to Sole Source - SIRC for ANSYS Software Renewal

AFTC/PZIA located at Arnold AFB, TN intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Software Information Resource Corporation (SIRC), in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.1506 and as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(5), 15 U.S.C. 637(m), and granted by Section 825 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), for the procurement of ANSYS software renewals.  As stipulated under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(5) and 15 U.S.C. 637(m), a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) may be used for sole source awards under the United States Small Business Administration program.
