Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Pump and Equipment, Millwood Lake Okay Landing

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Little Rock District (SWL) intends to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to Service Solutions LLC (CAGE Code: 8FCX0), located at 7508 Hwy 167 N, Sheridan, AR. This action will be conducted under the statutory authority of Title 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented in RFO 12.201-1, using simplified procedures. The intended period of performance for this requirement is one (1) year. Award is being made to Service Solutions, LLC as they are the only known authorized manufacturer and vendor in the area capable of fulfilling this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. In accordance with federal regulations, the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A) supporting this sole-source action will be made publicly available via SAM.gov within 14 days of contract award.
