Notice of Intent to Sole Source MONARCH Radio Frequency Search Platforms

Award of a firm-fixed price contract for MONARCH Radio Frequency Search Platforms in support of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency has been made to 3dB Labs, Inc. in the amount of $289,900.00 for a one-year period of performance beginning September 22, 2025.  The redacted Sole Source Justification under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and 10 U.S.C. 3204, Use of Procedures Other Than Competitive Procedures, is attached.
