NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE MAINTENANCE OF PHILIPS BRIGHVIEW CT SCANNERS AND FLEX CARDIO EQUIPMENT

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus four option year (OY) contract for on-site service maintenance of Philips Brightview CT scanners and Flex Cardio equipment at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Philips North America, LLC has the proprietary rights to the software for the equipment. Philip’s Field Service Engineers (FSE) are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment.
