The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Beckman Coulter, INC. for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Cost Per Reportable MicroScan WalkAway to include equipment lease, consumables and Maintenance Support of the MicroScan WalkAway. The contract will consist of a base year and 4 option years; the period of performance for the base year is 01Jun2025 – 31May2026. Beckman Coulter, INC. is the only source available to provide the MicroScan WalkAway system which is currently validated and in use at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth.
