Notice of Intent to Distribute to GETAC Aurthorized Resellers

The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center
(NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive
basis to GETAC for X500G3 - Getac configuration: XJ8SMSCATXXV. The Government
intends to negotiate solely with GETAC authorized distributors/resellers under the
authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The authorized distributors/resellers maintain proprietary
rights to provide the authorized items above. The NAICS Code is 334111 and the Small
Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees.
