THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract to continue with Phase two development of the Waterways Risk Assessment Model Prototype.
