The Government intends to extend the services of an exisiting task order on a sole-source basis by extending the period of performance on an existing contract line item number (CLIN) and exercising an expired option CLIN with RMF Engineering INC. The statutory authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The services being extended encompasses architect and engineering services for a broad variety of Commissioning (Cx) services by Commissioning Specialists (CxS).
