Notice of Intent to Sole Source The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisitions and Grants Office (AGO) intends to award a sole source contract to Bailey’s Premier Services, LLC for transportation, mail, and warehouse services at the Inouye Regional Center in Honolulu, HI for a period of one year. These services were provided under a previous contract however, the contract lapsed in March 2025.
