Notice of Intent for Sole Source Award to Monaco Enterprises Inc. for D-21 Fire Alarm System Windows 11 Tech Refresh

In order to ensure minimal downtime and avoid failures caused by aging fire alarm systems, Whiteman AFB plans to award a sole-source contract to Monaco Enterprises Inc., to conduct a Windows 11 technology refresh for existing D-21 CPU equipment. The latest technology and software updates ensure the D-21 system runs at optimal performance levels allowing base dispatchers to take full advantage of the system’s feature set. Monaco Enterprises Inc. is the only trained and certified company to perform this software/hardware upgrade.
