The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity issued a single award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (SAIDIQ) contract M68909-25-D-7904 for Operations, Maintenance, and Technical Services (OMTS).  

This contract was a direct award to an eligible 8(a) Business Development Program participant that is a certified Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.8 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 219.800 and the Department of War (DoW) and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 8a Partnership Agreement (PA) delegating contract execution to the DoW under the authority of 15 U.S.C.
