Northstar Executive Aircraft Communication Network

AT&T Corp., 7125 Columbia Gateway, Columbia, Maryland 21046-2552, was awarded a non-competitive, firm fixed price contract for the Northstar Long-Haul Telecommunications Network and associated transmission circuits for an Ultra-High Frequency/Line of Sight communications system network.  The face value of this action is $12,781,033.37, funded by Fiscal Year 2021 and 2022 Operations and Maintenance funds.  The total cumulative face value of the contract is $63,598,063.14.  Performance will be at various sites geographically dispersed across the continental United States.  The period of performance, which consists of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, is July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2026.  The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Scott AFB, Illinois, is the contracting activity.  The contracting point of contact is Kelly J.
