Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. ECDIS Hardware Material; BOA Order

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N6449821G4003 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, 1070 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22901 for the procurement of SIBS Dual- Rack Shipset for ECDIS. The Government intends to make an award in FY25. 

Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(l), Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specified effort.
