Additional Clarification, Section D.6 – Volume III – Price

Hourly rates shall be quoted on a per-physician basis for each applicable Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). The quoted fully burdened hourly rate shall apply to each individual physician performing services under the resulting contract and shall include all direct and indirect costs associated with contract performance identified in Section B of the solicitation. The Government will compensate the Contractor based on the actual number of hours performed by Contractor personnel and accepted by the Government.
