The purpose of this amendment is to answer the inquries that were recieved within the inquiry deadline, and to make minor updates to the solicitation for clarification. AMENDMENT 0004: 

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Update the Performance Work Statement
2. Update the Price/Cost Schedule
3. Update the Clauses and Provisions
