Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) requires a Contractor to provide on-site IT Support Services where the primary location is the NNSY Command Information Office (CIO) Code 109, Portsmouth, Virginia, utilizing the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.14 – Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Program.
