NNMC Request for seven (7) Non-PSC Registered Nurse Services

Amendement 0001-- has been issued to make the following changes: 

• 1. Extend the closing date from 03/07/2025 @ 3:00 pm MST to 03/10/2025 @ 3:00 pm MST. 
• 2. Increase number of NPSC from 5 to 7 for Line Item No. 1 and Line Item No. 2
  • Seven (7) Contractors Request for 1-year contract to include: Base (6-months) & Option to Exercise (6- months)

*It is the responsibility of the Offeror to submit only qualified, applicable, and available personnel. Any personnel submited by multiple Offerors will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration.

Non-Personal Healthcare Service Contract for seven (7) Emergency Room Nurse in the Emergency Room at the Northern Navajo Medical Center, Shiprock, NM. 87420; Please see NOTE section on attached solicitation. 

• Five (5) Contractors Request for 1-year contract to include: Base (6-months) & Option to Exercise (6- months)
• Two (2) Contractors Request for 6-months only to include: Base (6-months only)

The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Seven (7) Non-PSC Registered Nurse (RN) Services for the Emergency Room department.

NOTE: The requested POP for the seven (7) services requested will be as follows:

• Five (5) Non-PSC RN services with a Period of Performances that will be 1 year from date of award to include: 1 Base (6-months) and 1 Exercise Option Period (6-months) both equaling 1 full year (12-months) from date of award.
