NNMC Request for five (5) Non-PSC ED Registered Nurse Services

Amendement 0001--has been issued to make the following changes: 

• 1. Block 6. SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE from 10/24/2025 to 10/27/2025
• 2. Block 8. OFFER DUE DATE/LOCAL TIME from 11/05/2025 0800 MS to 11/07/2025 1200 MS

All Other Terms and Conditions shall remain the same and in full effect.

Non-Personal Healthcare Service Contract for five (5) Emergency Room Nurses in the Emergency Room at the Northern Navajo Medical Center, Shiprock, NM, 87420. Period of Performance will include a Base Period (6-months) + Option Period (6-months) both equaling 1 full year (12-months) from date of award. And an additional 4 Option Periods (6-months each).
