The contract action was awarded firm fixed price, not competed. Based on market research and previous acquisition history, it has been determined that VHSS is the only source that can meet the Government’s specialized requirement.

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division - West (HCD-W), Echo Branch intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price purchase order (PO) contract to supply ReActiv8 Implantable Pulse Generators (and associated items) utilized by the Pain Management Clinic, Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA. 

The requirement is for the purchase of three (3) ReActiv8 Implantable Pulse Generator (and associated items) utilized by the Pain Management Clinic, Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA. Required items include:

• Model MSM 5100 ReActiv8 Implantable Pulse Generator (3 EA)
• Model MSM 8145 ReActiv8 Implantable Lead, 45 CM (6 EA)
• Model MSM 7000 ReActiv8 Patient Activator (3 EA)
• Model MSM 4000 ReActiv8 Patient Magnet (3 EA)
• Model MSM TUN1 Mainstay Tunneler (3 EA)
• Model MSM AP071GW2-BW5 Percutaneous Introducer (Box of 5) (3 EA)
