-The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to provide the government's response to a request for information (RFI). All other solicitation terms and details remain the same.

RFI: "Please clarify whether any of the ISO 3874 Specified Lifting Methods are acceptable, or if a specific method is required. Lifting Frame doesn’t specifically identify a method."

GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE: "Yes ISO384 lifting methods are acceptable as long as the top lifting method is the primary method."
