The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Boulder Campus seeks a qualified small business contractor to perform a construction project to remove and replace two existing stair assemblies located in the lower-level mechanical room of Building 2. Work includes demolition and legal disposal of one (1) existing 5-riser wooden staircase and one (1) existing 9-riser wooden staircase and fabrication and installation of new galvanized steel stair assemblies.
