The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) hereby issues solicitation SPE60424R0400 for the supply of electricity and any ancillary services to be delivered to various Department of Defense installations and Federal Civilian agency facilities located in the Independent System Operator New England (ISO-NE) market area.
