This Amendment 0001 is issued to cancel Solicitation W50S9326QA003 in its entirety. The Government has determined that cancellation is necessary due to insufficient information regarding the existing fiber optic infrastructure configuration and site conditions required to support vendor cost estimates development. Specifically, during the scheduled site visit, the Government was unable to identify critical redundancy routes. As a result, the Government is unable to provide adequate responses to vendors without providing speculative statements.
