NEC HVAC Maintenance

The NEC HVAC Maintenance Solicitation was awarded on March 26, 2024 to Warfeather, LLC in the total amount of $658,760.00. This was awarded in accordance with procedures in FAR Part 14 to the lowest bidder.

This is a non-personnel service contract to furnish labor, management, supervision, tools, parts, materials, and equipment required to perform preventative maintenance services and incidental repair services for communication infrastructure equipment identified herein. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
