Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Janitorial Services at the New Consulate Compound (NCC). If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit them to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The anticipated period of performance includes a twelve-month (12) base period and one (1), one-year option at the Government’s sole discretion. No subcontracting and/or co-venturing shall be allowed for any portion of the janitorial services described herein.
