This is a Request for Offer. The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) at St. Inigoes, MD, announces its intention to procure, on a competitive basis, the services necessary to provide systems engineering and evaluation, Small Unmanned Air Systems (SUAS) Reusable Architecture (SRA) cybersecurity, technical management support, and SRA life cycle support for new and existing SUAS.

Offerors shall submit all proposal volumes in response to this RFP electronically through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) portal at https://piee.eb.mil at RFO# N0042126R1006. Offerors and their subcontractors shall ensure the proper company points of contact are registered on the site.
