Synopsis

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) awarded N0016725D0005, a competitive indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to Thermo Fisher Scientific, Rockville, Maryland in accordance with FAR part 15 on 12 June 2025 with a total value of $94,514,992.  This contract provides for the procurement of the Navy's next generation dosimetry system and an updated database management software system called the Naval Radiation Exposure Management System (NAVREMS). The dosimetry system measures and monitors radiation exposure for naval personnel, while NAVREMS provides comprehensive database management for tracking and analyzing radiation exposure data across the Navy. The period of performance includes a five-year ordering period with a maximum contract ceiling of $94,514,992. This effort was solicited under solicitation N00167-25-R-0029 via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module.
