1. DESCRIPTION The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a Full and Open Competitive Solicitation (N00024-26-R-5246) for the development, production, integration, testing, fielding, and lifecycle sustainment of the U.S. Navy Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) Hardware and Software. This procurement supports PEO IWS 6.0 Navigation Program requirements for both surface and subsurface platforms.
