The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,575 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 80 Norwich New London Turnpike, Route 32, Uncasville, CT 06382. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 7 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
