Naval Station Guantanamo Bay Cuba Liquefied Natural Gas

This acquisition will result in a firm-fixed price (FFP) requirements, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite, Quantity (IDIQ) contract for delivery of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Cuba in support of a natural gas-powered combined cycle power plant (CCPP).

Amendment 0001 posted on 11/21/2025. Amendment includes extenstion to proposal due date from 12/8/2025 to 12/16/2025, responses to pre-bid proposal inquires, addition of attachment 10 (SF1449), and revised RFP. 

Amendment 0002 posted on 11/25/2025. Amendment provides clarification on the requirements of the SF1449 and SF30. Revised RFP included as an attachment. 

Amendment 0003 posted on 12/4/2025. Amendment includes 3 clauses which were not include in the intial RFP. 

Amendment 0004 posted on 12/10/2025. Amendment extends the proposal due date from 12/16/2025 to 12/30/2025.
