NAV/COMM Modernized Radio Redesign for Obsolescence

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a sole source, contract modification to L3 Harris Technologies, Inc. (L3Harris), 9020 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123. This effort is for the procurement of redesign of the Modernized Radio (MODRAD) to mitigate parts obsolescence including studies and analyses to address possible upgrades for future architectures in support of both domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partners.
