Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Amendment Changes

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is as follows:

1. Revise Sections D, H, and I of the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is replaced in its entirety with the version attached to this amendment.
2. Revise FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services to remove “integrate” language. The FAR provision is replaced in its entirety with the version attached to this amendment.
3. Revise FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation—Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021) (Tailored) to remove “integrate” language. The FAR provision is replaced in its entirety with the version attached to this amendment.
4. Respond to questions received by the deadline specified in the combined synopsis/solicitation.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation # 36C24125R0070 is issued as a “Request for proposals” (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 (effective 01/17/2025).
