National Veterans Golden Age Games (NVGAG) PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT EVENT MANAGEMENT

The Contractor shall provide overall onsite tournament event management and labor for the 2026 NVGAG Pickleball competition, part of the 2026 National Veterans Golden Age Games in Tampa, Florida June 26- July 1, 2026, from 6am – 8pm daily (times include setup and breakdown). This support includes a pickleball tournament format for up to 400 Veterans in attendance. Pickleball tournament competitions will include male doubles, female doubles and mixed doubles. Athletes will compete based on age and skill divisions. There will be eight age groups (55-59,60-64,65-69,70-74,75-79,80-84,85-89,90+) that will be divided into divisions in each competition. Divisions for each age group will be determined after registration closes.

The tournament format will be double elimination play, best two (2) out of three (3) games to 11, win by 2. Tournament format is subject to change based on the number of registration entries.
