NAS Oceana Air Show Portable Toilets

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) is for the rental of portable toilets, support elements for those units, a VIP trailer
bathroom, hand sanitizer stations, and various holding tanks, for support of the 2026 NAS Oceana Air Show. The NAS Oceana Air Show is an annual event that hosts upwards of 300,000 visitors to the base and represents the U.S. Navy's largest single open house event on the East Coast. This Performance Work Statement has multiple elements tied together in accordance with industry standards for large event support services.
