Description of Requirement 1.0 INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND The Forces Surveillance Support Center (FSSC) requires Narda brand test equipment from for specific testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair task for the Department of the Navy's Relocatable Over-the-Horizon Radar (ROTHR) array systems in Virginia, Texas, and Puerto Rico.
