1. Update the Price Schedule by adding 2 Line Items;  Updating the quantities, upodating the POP dates and updating Line Item 0017.                        

2. Update the Justification and Approval (highlighted areas).

3. Extend the offeror due date from 5/9/2025 to 5/16/2025, 4pm CST.
