The purpose of this amendment is to add a single visit to the installation location, so a potential contractor may view where the instrument will be installed. The installation location is 6425 Penn Avenue, Suite 400, Pittsburgh PA 15206. The location will be available for viewing only on 9/4/2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am (EST) and no other visits are planned. This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE of a proposed requirement to award installation services for one (1) spot welder and one (1) compressor at a Pittsburgh, PA VA facility. The contractor shall provide the following: 1. Spot Welder Installation Provide one means of disconnect for each of the two breaker sizes at welder location.
